This is how some people deal with conflict:
Are you ever in a confusing situation where you don't feel altogether in control and you don't know exactly what's going on? Wow. Thsts not comfortable. What are you gonna do about that. Well, be A MAN about it. No Excuses. Make A Decision and stick to it, even if it means being a jerk. Now you are In Control again. Congratulations. YOU are A Real Man now. (But why. It's ridiculous. There are better ways than that.)
