Special needs, I suppose.

Also, just remembered that one time I ate a hamburger with another person, and I got legitimate food poisoning from it and he didn't, so that was weird.

Still too much frat boy stuff.

I don't know why the people who act the way that you prefer are the people who always do the worst things to the people I know.

The body. The Patriarchy. The score keeping.

It's kinda weird being told that I'm supposed to be more expensive, but whatever.

Whatever, Dios

I feel I'm taking great care of my health right this instant.

Current maturity level is making piggy snorting noises at Brothers.

Miserable! What makes people who can function in society well enough to get a regular paycheck do this?

"Children 'held like criminals' inside ICE detention center" - CBS News

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/children-held-like-criminals-inside-ice-detention-center/

I had a very vivid dream that I was in a very Mexican part of the continent.

"It’s easy to look at the child of a celebrity or power couple and see the leg up their family’s wealth, power, and connections got them in their own separate venture or company. And it’s even easier to label them a nepo baby when they benefit from their parent’s money and clout. But the nepo baby trend may extend beyond Hollywood, touching the lives of everyday Americans.

In other words, it’s increasingly obvious that who your parents are has become a more reliable predictor of your wealth than what you actually do for a living.

According to a new working paper from the National Bureau of Economic Research, there’s a growing rift between income and wealth generation. For decades, the American Dream was predicated on the fact that hard work and a decent income would lead to homeownership. But the research finds that high earnings no longer correlate directly with wealth generation. Rather, it matters more so today what assets your family owns.

“Those that come from wealthier families that are maybe able to achieve those other economic goals—wealth building, homeownership—I think also could play into a sentiment of a sort of unfairness in the economy,” Max Risch, one of the study’s co-authors and an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon University, told Fortune.

Even as Wall Street hits successive record highs, Americans are feeling worse and worse about the economy. An April Ipsos poll found that 61% of Americans today feel the economy is on the wrong track. Meanwhile, the May consumer sentiment index hit the lowest level since the University of Michigan started tracking the metric in 1952, lower than during the COVID pandemic and aftermath of the Great Recession. And that may be because even when workers secure steady if not high-paying jobs, they’re increasingly locked out of securing assets to generate wealth."

~ Jake Angelo

"A new study finds escaping your income bracket no longer means building wealth. That disconnect may be what’s driving consumer pessimism to record highs"

"'We could die here, and it feels like no one here would care,' Navdeep said in the ACLU statement.

People being held at Camp East Montana don't receive timely medications to manage a range of serious medical issues such as HIV, cancer and diabetes, according to the lawsuit. In February, the detention center was closed temporarily to visitors because of a measles outbreak, according to Marfa Public Radio. The complaint also describes housing units without windows, crammed spaces and a constant odor of urine and feces, a lack of clean water and reports that detainees receive only two pieces of bread, a piece of ham or bologna, a slice of cheese and a cookie for all three meals."

It's so weird to think that society is finally  recognizing that a combination of factors, such as fluctuations in various patterns of your body chemistry and stress related hormones might make some people more prone to bad symptoms that can occur with PCOS / PMOS / Dysmenorrhea, etc. On a more ranty note, if there were times in the past when some people acted like they needed to be complicit with rape culture in order to fit in with their preferred environments, for example, by worshipping a cult leader who raped a 19-year-old hotel maid, and acting as if he were bigger than Jesus and the best girl dad they could think of, and even after a whole bunch of children got killed in a completely unnecessary helicopter crash along with him, they continued wanting to follow their addiction to hero-worshipping abusive patriarchal cult figures even more, well, that certainly didn't make a stressed out body feel any safer. But as more and more people expect to have better lives and stop following the unsafe and unhealed ways that the patriarchy tried to instill in their minds, perhaps there will be more support available to the genetically different (and disadvantaged) ones in the future.

That was weird.🐦‍⬛

I looked up in the sky and the universe made it look like a little black bird was following a big, loud, chunky helicopter.

See an enemy...

The universe is always making me do some sort of  work. I've started doing some laundry. The out - of - unit laundry machines take quarters. That's kind of nice and old-fashioned nowadays. But I guess I'm supposed to make money now. The universe needs to make the Patriarchal Cult's systems start paying me!

When I was a little kid in the Pacific Northwest, there was a question on a multiple choice test about a sea anemone. I think it was about what happens if you poke a sea anemone with a stick.

The choices were something like the following:

A.  It squirts water.

B. It closes up.

C.  It moves away.

D. It screams in agony.

Now unfortunately, something in my little fourth grade brain was so addled by the last answer being an actual choice on a test that I started to laugh hysterically, and I could not stop laughing, and it disrupted the class, so I got in trouble for it. But I went home and I told the adults about it and they also thought it was a funny choice to have on a test, and they thought I shouldn't have gotten in trouble for laughing. I was like Yay! They're on my side! So just keeping that in mind, here's a writing prompt that some people could play with:

"Hey, you're not the only fish in the sea!"

It's possible one could substitute the following:

A.

Flower...meadow.

B.

Bridesmaid... Bridal tribe.

C.

Alpha. Beta. Gamma. Sigma. Omega. Whatever else is category in whatever else packs of fraternity brothers are supposed to be doing.D.

D.

It's going back to the watering the plant versus saying you love it mentality.

When so-and-so says "love" does that mean "Love not knowing much about what's going on with the kinds of people the Patriarchal Cult finds quite difficult to love, actually?" I wonder.

At least fun music can help us get through the epidemic.

https://open.substack.com/pub/frontrowfeels/p/take-a-sexy-picture-of-me-and-tell?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=1oj2u

"Big Weekend was a masterclass in female talent. On Saturday, we had Zara Larsson delivering pristine, high-energy pop, while Sunday brought Olivia Dean’s effortless, soulful warmth to the stage. Both are incredible artists. Both are vocal, passionate advocates for women in the industry, routinely standing up for 'the girls' and pushing back against patriarchal nonsense.

Yet their comment sections were not warzones. They were granted a level of grace and basic humanity that was completely denied to CMAT.

And to be abundantly clear, this is not a criticism of Olivia Dean or Zara Larsson. The issue is not that some women are treated well; it’s that our culture subconsciously grants certain women an invisible pass to simply exist as artists without their physical form becoming the primary discourse. Commercial attractiveness functions almost like social camouflage. Because some women fit the traditional, manicured pop-star blueprint, their presence doesn’t disrupt the consumer. They are allowed to skip the toll booth."

Well, it would make me feel better...

to believe that only naive acolytes of Donald Trump are so wretchedly fatphobic; however...

He's probably reincarnated with different genetics by now.

Talk to a patriarchal father figure with a certain types of genetics who loved criticizing women if they gained any bit of weight. Especially even just a tiny bit in their face. And then he loved to shove pastries in his mouth every time he passed a bakery.

Donuts are what people with Superior genetics can eat.

And when I was younger, if I ate a donut, I didn't gain that much weight. I was a much smaller sized version of a PCOS person, so I know what I'm f****** talking about.

What a time to be alive and try some new gummies before I go out and get my donut (s).

It's not everyone's safe space!

"Being spiritually shallow so I can fit in better with a patriarchal culture is my safe space."

Patriarchy.

"My lack of menstrual blood and less fat on my body make me feel SO Superior to the ones who are always performing the most acts of unpaid labor which keep our society running."

Besides just a basic survival strategy and probably having some extra money in your life.

Please tell me in detail what you got out of acting like abusive men and shallow patriarchal women were more important than the kinds of girls and women you treated like garbage. Because that's exactly what you were trained to do and you f****** did it, more than you want to admit. That's why you're not trustworthy, because that's what you resorted to doing. Every time things get a little bit tough for you. Lots of things are tough for lots of people. But you have to be special. And feel Superior and more able to fit in with patriarchal people. You're not locked away in a facility, are you? Are you feeling well off enough yet to want to change the poisonous toxic attitudes, or no?

Honestly, shallowness is probably a sickness that just needs to die out.

I cannot wait to see the grandchildren who will be raised to treat all kinds of girls and women with fat (lol) with far more respect than the people in my generation were.

I think I might go get a donut today afterall!

"Instagram. TikTok. Facebook. BBC uploads. Every comment section polluted with the exact same fixation on her appearance that inspired the song in the first place. The same tired cruelty. The same faux concern. The same dehumanising obsession with evaluating whether a woman is visually acceptable enough to deserve public affection.

And honestly, I think that says something much darker about the culture surrounding female performers.

We live in a music culture that worships emotional vulnerability from women on the track, yet completely denies basic physical humanity to the women creating it."

The backlash became so severe that the BBC eventually disabled comments under clips from the set. Yet here she was again, returning to the exact same festival with the exact same body, the exact same energy and the exact same refusal to make herself smaller or more digestible for public comfort. The crowd screamed every word back at her. It felt emotional to witness what was, in many ways, a full-circle moment.

Then I opened social media."

The need to feel "Superior in a Specific Way" is still strong with some, sadly.

Smile! You're on Superior Genetics According To the Patriarchy Camera.

This is a writing prompt. Who or what does it make you wanna write about???

Normal Society wasn't about protecting the vulnerable. Normal Society was even deadly for some people.

What happens when looking away from violence is the best Normal Society can do?

A more honest and articulate culture is currently in gestation.

To be more articulate about how much other factors have also been a part of your success (in addition to all of your hard work, of course) would also be such a gift.

Healing from trauma is a long journey sometimes.

I'll keep an eye out for the ones whose kids won't be as discriminatory towards the outcasts as the other patriarchal parents wanted / were training theirs to be, in order to fit in with their preferred standards.

I'm glad that seeing some stuff get acknowledged is getting more popular now, though.

Acknowledging the existence of PMOS and rape culture is getting SO much more popular now!

"Ostracized by everyone who was doing it the 'right way.'"

Because why would they want to know anything about someone with your kind of issues or genetics when the Patriarchy clearly didn't want them to.

Can the PCOS / PMOS/ Perimenopausal also do the musical donut eating kind of protest or...

Somehow I need to transition from the full-time focus on processing a bunch of trauma and/or karmic stuff and learning more about self-parenting and other health-related topics to making money again soon. Or figure out how make that all  happen simultaneously.

They can be musical and eat donuts and protest!

It's nice to see cultural change that people can get excited about.

Also having a touch of "it would have been good to experience this cultural shift / know more about this stuff sooner - itis." Timing is what it is.

Literally have to learn the lesson of the sore thumb this evening.

And it hurts If I really try to use it. But if I keep it real still, it's not so bad. But it is an impediment. So that's the impediment that I'm learning about today and this evening.

And sometimes, you may feel like you need a song to help ♥️
