Should be a word for that
A word for the feeling of still believe that people can return in another form but society is not ready to talk about it so gonna be quiet in the meantime and just wait and see how things go.

Been up really late (someone tell my body it's not the middle of the day already) and had to harangue a beloved just a bit about the gender dynamics of his late night entertainment..just had to..it's life in a human body on planet Earth! LIFE IS SHORT.
And then dipped into a T. talk and now I gotta go to bed.

Now, it's easier said than done, because I'm saying it now, but I'm telling you it's not easy in male culture for guys to challenge each other, which is one of the reasons why part of the paradigm shift that has to happen is not just understanding these issues as men's issues, but they're also leadership issues for men. Because ultimately, the responsibility for taking a stand on these issues should not fall on the shoulders of little boys or teenage boys in high school or college men. It should be on adult men with power. Adult men with power are the ones we need to be holding accountable for being leaders on these issues, because when somebody speaks up in a peer culture and challenges and interrupts, he or she is being a leader, really. But on a big scale, we need more adult men with power to start prioritizing these issues, and we haven't seen that yet, have we?

Wouldn't that be weird?
What if you were not a guy and had a dream that you met someone and you were all full of feminine youth and optimism and you told that someone all of the fine qualities you saw in him and in his soul, such as a capacity for compassion...a whole list of things. And then the man was somehow given this list. And he handed it back to you. For some reason he did not check "compassion" on his list. He did however check "marriage." As if to say, Well I am not interested in compassion. I am interested in marriage. Weird. What was that about? Dream ended before there was any chance of incorporating 15th century shenanigans...marriage minus compassion what is wrong with you???

I had an idle thought that someone with her sense of humor would be nice to have around if I ever needed to visit a hospital...in fact, when I was younger and bleeding profusely (almost needing a blood tranfusion, sick and anemic for weeks afterwards) she did come to the hospital with me.
So glad I wasn't alone then.
Over the weekend I learned that some attentive people have come up with names for some things.

Knowledge is everything.
Maybe I can care for myself and make some changes that help me be a happier and healthier person.
Maybe for some of us, the depression, physical pain, PMDD. etc. would get better if society made significant changes and started respecting diverse experiences of many different people.
Wouldn't it have been nice to have learned about a lot of these things decades ago?
Just imagine what people could know more about in ten, twenty, fifty, one hundred years...

"A1 casein is present in the milk from Holstein cows, which are the predominant dairy herds in USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. A different type of casein – called A2 casein – does not form casomorphin BCM7, and does not cause inflammation. The milks of Jersey cows, goats and sheep, are predominantly A2, and are fine for most people. Cheeses like Ricotta are ok, because they are mostly whey protein. Butter is Ok because it is mostly fat.
I switch many (not all) of my PCOS patients to Jersey, goat or sheep dairy, and they do very well. The first thing to improve is their acne, usually within a few weeks.
Other PCOS symptoms also improve off A1 dairy, but they take a little longer, usually 3-4 months. In fact, any good treatment for PCOS takes 3-4 months because that is how long it takes for a follicle to develop all the way to ovulation. Olive grove anedcote
There were fires everywhere in the mountains and an olive grove was spared. Even though it was spared, it was unhappy in the aftermath. Smoke got into the trees, into the underground river. They were unhealthy for a while but they recovered. They are better now. That's what I want to happen with other tragedies, too.

I was thinking about some people
Ah...the nuns...they do some things...the internal work. Living a certain type of life in a certain type of female body with lots of symptoms and hardly any steady path to follow from conventional medicine will drive you towards internal work. Do this or die. It feels like that sometimes.
There are people who have become masters at manifesting external stuff in this life. For some reason I sat next to one on a plane that was malfunctioning. It had to land and it did. And there was still chaos with communication. The whole experience was far more scary for me than it was for him and there probably are reasons for that.
