Scary
Still have not listened to any of the money talks (but I am interested, so I will?) and I wonder why the universe pushes us in certain directions and we can eat at a chain...a chorizo salad was good and filling and affected a grocery shopping trip...mostly healthy because there was so much candy, and the universe showed me a girl who needed to dissect Sheryl Sandberg for having "weak arguments" as well as a guy with an interest in the impoverished but a greater need to focus on Ford's and J.P. Morgan's successes...and now it is late, so it seems like there are times when the thought of business models catering to the needs of mostly one type of person just becomes increasingly horrific...

That's what can happen in common spaces
it was sort of amusing at first, as if this person could be like a yoga instructor, another curious student of life, & maybe if this observation went on long enough there would eventually be some sort of interesting maneuver, but when the person became startled / embarrassed / left the library, it seemed less funny and more like what happened when the wealthy parent of a friend who was about to be whisked away into a private school came over one day, not only to collect her kid but also to assess your "appearance"

for some reason, and different from feeling like the little bits of seeing came from astral travels, the universe seems for me to want to think I was a teenager on a visit to Pennsylvania once, often thinking about what to do with stories in my head about a tall young man who had lived before, and maybe partially for this reason briefly noticing something about a tall gifted young man surrounded by other people in a brightly interiored family style restaurant...and feeling a difference...and then leaving with a smaller group of people, feeling somewhat under a guardian...and this seems possible...young people are full of imagination & promise...

Today the universe decided to send me a woman who told me some people tried to get her to sign away her rights.
Didn't have to be that way
It's weird when you realize that someone who can be nice or on good behavior also lives in a state of shock/survival mode and doesn't seem care if sometimes an abusive, controlling bully takes over. It's weird when you realize he may be that way because he was abused himself. It's weird when you realize you had a nicer first impression that deteriorated and you wanted to get that nice impression back. It's weird when you realize that such a controlling person could squeeze the life out of something that was supposed to be good and full of promise. It's weird when you realize people can be terribly entitled and abuse their power, even those who were once better than that. It's weird when you know it could be fun but deep down inside you know it is not any more. It stopped.

And the Affordable Care Act finally gave me the means to get an MRI, cat scans and regular tests during checkups, which doesn't fix it all, but at least it legitimizes my situation to certain people...

...maybe not everyone feels they have the luxury of inquiring into their own state of health...even people in very different situations in their lives could still be suffering in other ways...
And sometimes there are people who kick into survival mode and choose to turn a blind eye to how their own untreated ailments can extend out to how they treat others...this can sabotage and ruin situations which could have been better...
People who abuse their positions of so-called "power" don't get to spread their unhealthy and despotic behavior patterns to everybody.

There are some people I could not trust to be good to a cat, let alone a child. There are unfathomable remnants of cruelty in people who used to seem okay, who could have been so much better. Was this around the time a voice said don't take that card. I think maybe it was.
This is an era of so much mental illness. Sometimes people get by because they have special privileges and clearances and money and sometimes because of their European heritage but only for some of them.

I am sorry your brother turned out to be one of those guys. It must be hard to change when a person's been abused and trained to always be the dominant one in order to survive and never has to go to therapy.

So that will be a PCOS diet but not too much protein.

Yes, there was an episode in which a man in a meat department fired a female employee after their boss was made aware of some differences (he said knew she knew her stuff and said he "had her back" then went on vacation.) Same old story: new guy just starting gets to cut the meat, woman who was hired to cut it gets to stay late and clean up after the guys all the time / customer on the phone only wants to speak to one of the men who works there.) The old job (pays way less but at least you get respect!) took her back. They are delighted. The holidays are coming!

I was in pain and a woman was telling me that where she comes from, they don't talk about adoption. "If it didn't come out of your body, it doesn't count." Childless women are eyed with suspicion by age 30 and a mother can acquire a second wife for her son if she deems it necessary. Horrible physical cramps and hours earlier a bad crying spell. Maybe it was the wrong time of cycle to eat that not-so-healthy item for dinner. (That is correct). I did not follow that special plan. I should follow it. I hope I don't disintegrate into nothing. I am not in the body of a man nor a woman who gets to live without this bad health issue and survival is what they don't understand and did not ever have to deal with. "I will continue to watch the rest of H's Tale S1E2 "Birth Day" (the ending was good) and then R&M S1E2 "Lawnmower Dog" and report having done so in hopes of sending messages out into the universe about overhauling the old-fashioned "girls watch shows about boys, but boys won’t do the same" phenomenon OW PAIN BLAST THIS I MEAN SEND IN THE ANGEL HARPS and in addition to a second women in horror movies reference (The first was in "Birth Day") there was a good use of Twisted Sister on SNL weekend update 10/6/18.
