Again, My Life.

O God, please help me put my health first because I know my body needs it. People nearly twice my age have more energy. You know I need help. Amen. PRAISE BE TO THE WISER HEALING UNIVERSAL LOVE ENERGY which knows best, and better than I knew today.

Find the ones who can.

The healing will still be needed even if others out there are determined to not see what you cannot unsee.

Change is happening this year because...

"The simple truth is our entire system of agricultural production is based on giving workers as little as possible, under circumstances that make it hard if not dangerous to complain — whether that means being undocumented or just so poor the loss of even a day’s work is devastating. Even the good actors, the growers who pay better wages and have modernized housing, often offer conditions most non-immigrant workers would refuse.

"She’s an artist with long pigtails and rosy cheeks who sleeps on the floor at the foot of the bed, a little nest between the frame and the closet, underneath a picture she drew of pink cherry blossoms.

'We have the privilege to have something other people don’t,' Avila told me when I visited her home this week. She is one of the lucky ones, she said. She has a home with running water and power, bathrooms inside and a stove that works.

Still, Avila is desperate for a bigger house, one where the kids can be free instead of trying to stay out of the way.

Crystal dreams of a big bedroom, with space for a desk — 'living a good life,' as she puts it.

That means knowing 'where you’re going to study. Where are you siblings going be, where your parents going to be? And, like, to be calm and know that you’re in a safe place,' she tells me."

Sometimes patriarchal women act like difficult men, too.

"Upton Sinclair once wrote that 'It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.' In almost exactly the same manner, it is difficult to get a straight white man to acknowledge his privileges when his self-image depends on him not doing so. Which is to say there is a very large number of straight white men who absolutely do not wish to acknowledge just how thoroughly and deeply their privileges are systemically embedded into day-to-day life. A fair number of this sort of dude read the piece (or more perhaps more accurately, read the headline, since a lot of their specific complaints about the piece were in fact addressed in the piece itself) and refused to entertain the notion there might be something to it. Which is their privilege (heh), but doesn’t make them right."

On & on & on & on & on

 Views, views, views, views, views.

Thanks be to their kindness

A friend told me over and over again I need to be good to myself right now. Others have sent along healing aids, such as links to music, and other things.

To better times in the future 🌻

I am really ready to be way better and much less anxious about life for the rest of my time here, and my higher self and all healing forces can notice this and help us get better now.

Seriously.

Sometimes, some brothers are more sensitive souls than some sisters, simply because.

They don't feel Empowered.

Women who were trained to to act like Honorary Entitled Lords have made it clear they are not going to help you either.

There's a great sickness that needs to be cured.

I am sorry because fanatical, patriarchal, uncaring people are trying to kill off girls and women and none of it is good for boys or girls or men or women or anyone.

The body needs a better environment.

There's too much noise above and outside.

Truly Humorous Here

How very funny. The Universe seems to think that, no matter how boring the accomplishment is to others, even learning how to be a tiny bit better to my body is a bigger deal than...well, you can think of all the other external things society would prefer us to be good at instead. Ha ha.

What a thing to be rediscovering.

AGAIN!

Like a lesson needing to be learned over and over again.

These genetics are gonna make me learn how to take better care of a certain kind of human body.

Potatoes, cherries? Why NOT BOTH, you deserve to eat well!

"I know, I'll get him to pay me to do something good for The Unfortunate Ones who can Never Become LORDS like HIM."

For Some, Still SO Hard To $top Dehumanizing OTHERS!

Perhaps Certain Rich Patriarchal People Who Still Can't Articulate Why Ruthlessly Degrading Others Still Feels SO Good To Them Can At Least Fund The Medical Studies To Figure Out Those Reasons?

Even small improvements can lead to better outcomes

"Henceforth, X will dehumanize daughters far  less than what The Patriarchy wanted."

BUT To Be LESS Dehumanizing is MORE Charitable!

Certain Patriarchal Rich Men are going to start paying The Most Pedestaled Patriarchal Women REAL MONEY just to defecate less on the Other Kinds of Girls and Women. "Because of course you deserve the best."

"This poster about 'Consent" only applies to the 'Unseen & therefore Unvalued' Ones"

Certain People Explain Why Making Even More Excuses For Abusive Behavior Still Just Feels Far More Rewarding To Them Than Any Of The Healthier Alternatives.

And tomorrow, too.

Hey, maybe some humans still do deserve much better than some of the parents have communicated to them.

The very self-absorbed have lenience for cruelty which punishes needlessly.

X is entitled by others to be rich, rude, disrespectful, and dehumanizing and yet all the people who make excuses for X's bad behavior would never, ever do so without making a collection of choices to permit special allowances just to certain people that they'd never grant to other people. SAD LORD OF THE MANOR MENTALITY.

They weren't acting like unsafe jerks when they first came here.

Imagine certain grown people being SO much better to real humans than how they're still acting now.

And I Suppose My Body Believes I Am Real Human Being Anyway?

Do it for yourself and the health of your descendants!

Even if it was deemed normal for you to treat the bodies of women and girls so poorly in the past, why not find A New Normal?

Quirky body has made woman hope she's not dying lately.

As a way of staying alive, NOT repeating SO many unnecessarily demeaning, unhealthy, and dehumanizing misogynistic behavior patterns feels quite important to human health.

Health is Wealth! Daughters deserve to live, too!

What a great opportunity to teach the young ones to expressly care a lot more about human rights than the patriarchy wanted  parents in previous generations to care about such things.

"Making things even worse, one of first lady Jill Biden’s guests was a woman who nearly died after being denied an abortion under Texas law. Biden did not highlight her story, as he did with some of the other guests at the State of the Union. Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June, abortion rights and access have been under all-out attack from Republicans. States have cracked down on the procedure, even trying to circumvent the will of the people, and are trying to get medication abortion banned as well. Meanwhile, lawmakers at the federal level have tried to pass laws banning abortion. The least Biden could have done is explicitly acknowledge any of that."

Being a tree?

"Kimmerer sees this 'grammar of animacy' come alive in her lessons in Ojibwe, which treats nouns as verbs—as acts of being. Instead of saying “It is a lake,” one says: “It is being a lake.” Instead of a bird, something—or someone—is being a bird. Kimmerer’s grammar of animacy underscores our connectedness, our status as a universe of intertwined beings."

"So when I feel disconnected from the real; when I’ve spent too much time online, or gossiping, or been caught up in some tricky, formal fiction problem, there’s a way out. It’s slow. It means going outside, and letting my eyes adjust to the minute movements in the trees. But it’s there, if I wait for it, allowing my ego to recede into the background and make room for other selves—other animate, living creatures, taking up space in the universe alongside me."

"‘Only connect’? Forsterian ideology in an age of hyperconnectivity"

https://humanistlife.org.uk/2014/04/09/only-connect-forsteran-ideology-in-an-age-of-hyperconnectivity/

"Whilst Vashti, the main protagonist, is in complete isolation, she is never alone. The Machine connects her to the world and although she can select ‘the isolation knob, so that no one else could speak to her,’ the hum of the Machine is eternal. In fact, when the Machine inevitably stops, the silence kills ‘many thousands of people outright,’ for they have never known ‘the silence which is the voice of the earth and of the generations who have gone.’ Connection is infinite, and Vashti knows ‘several thousand people.’

However, just as Margaret Schlegel remarks in Howards End, ‘The more people one knows the easier it becomes to replace them.’ Too many connections devalues each one in a kind of emotional hyperinflation. For the Schlegels, this is the constant danger of London; for Vashti it is the inevitable by-product of remote communication technology, and something that she has been indoctrinated to approve of."

Dear Healing LOVE IN THIS UNIVERSE, thanks to being able to know you exist, I am feeling a good possibility the maybe the next generation, as well as the older generations who are willing to change, will feel more able break free of many constraints, and begin to truly feel able to love this life and themselves more fully. I still need a lot of help with feeling better in this body. And maybe nature energy is what heals the best of all.

Find the ones who are finding new ways

"Luella Brien, a veteran Native journalist who approaches the subject with clarity and compassion. 'We can be the villain in our stories as well,' Brien says in the series, pointing out the likelihood that at least some of the culprits come from within. The frustration among families and friends comes not from the belief that all Natives are innocent, but from the difficulty of getting law enforcement to take action."

Of course, repetitive misogyny is terrible for many people

"Importantly, the backlash is rarely the product of a grand conspiracy or concerted effort among sinister misogynists to bring women down. It’s simply a mass reaction to a mass movement. Those who enact the backlash, Faludi writes, are often unaware 'of their role; some even consider themselves feminists. For the most part, its workings are encoded and internalized, diffuse and chameleonic.' But she finds the pattern of this diffuse, unplanned backlash emerging throughout American history, every time the women’s movement appears to be making gains."

Healing Change, I can feel how well you can work.

Sometimes in the morning, because of various factors, I feel unwell, and it might also partially be that I am sad for some people choosing to settle for so little when so much more was possible. Simply opening to accepting more healing change would be so beautiful, something says. And it actually helps to remember that. Even speaking of it to myself can be a quite a helpful reminder. It eases some of the feeling of unwellness. I may still have pains to tend to, but I can feel grateful for every shift that helps with getting back into a good, healing mindset. Thank you, body, for letting me know that I am so ready for a better way of being in this life on this planet.

And so, an idea bubbled up...

Let's thank God for sensitive men and sensitive women. And maybe some of the ones who feel more confident about being sensitive, too, will feel it's safer to come out and show that side of themselves again.

Honestly, body, is it like that, yes it is.

It's no surprise, is it, that when certain people act in ways that are a danger to your health, your body has reactions and you feel you must find those who know better ways of being in this world. Really, it makes perfect sense that your body would need that!

I feel a need to be enlightened.

I am grateful I can lie on a bed. Absorbing rhe lessons of experiencing the effects of the special genes in this life.

Humbling earth life, it is.

I am asking the universe for help with a body that's been recently experiencing extra dizziness and other physical symptoms, especially during the luteal phase.

"Moment of genteel poverty" memory

When the helper or "employee" at the foodbank who spoke Spanish & English directed another "customer" who had come for food to also give a small cash donation into a tip jar, (speaking in Spanish), but she did not ask you for one.

I feel more medically informed now

For some reason

"For these Indigenous women, fear is an ingrained reality and truth from birth. By bringing that frustrating truth to the conversation and allowing Indigenous people to advocate for themselves in these interviews, the filmmakers have opened the door for the larger, national conversation about the need for actual and lasting change."

Is it more comical for your body than it is for another person's?

"Feminist writer Jill Filipovic summarized the findings by arguing that Republicans are 'almost comically insecure when it comes to gender and gender roles,'  and tend to view women as 'overly-sensitive, irresponsible and immoral, ruining the natural order of things, and in need of male authority.'"

https://www.salon.com/2023/02/02/the-overturn-of-roe-cost-the-gop-so-why-are-now-doubling-down-on-abortion-bans/

"These findings help explain why Republican candidate for Georgia's Senate seat, Herschel Walker, lost very little Republican support during the 2022 election, despite widespread reports that he had demanded that two ex-girlfriends get abortions. The issue isn't abortion, but women's autonomy.  If the perception is that a man made the abortion choice for a woman, most Republican voters will not hold it against him at the polls."

Is that from another life or colonizer mentality?

Some people act like they want to betray, just to be treated like An Entitled Lord of The Manor. However some people aren't as interested in that sort of thing.

I ate mushrooms, greens, tomatoes, and an egg.

🍅 Inspired to Care Evidently 🌮

"Over the past weeks, volunteers have put up hundreds of stickers that resemble real QR menu codes in restaurants in Niagara, Windsor, Toronto and Ottawa, ranging from food courts to bars, fast-food eateries to high-end dining. Instead of accessing the restaurant’s menu, patrons are directed to the alliance’s Secret Menu webpage that displays the hidden human cost behind each entrée, main course, dessert and drink."
