It's fine. Overworked people need to have some humor in their lives. But to me, it looks like they're just allowing themselves to be ridiculous. Maybe even because some of the outfits make them look more feminine. I guess it's a step on their journey of not taking masculinity so seriously.
Also expecting all women to survive The Patriarchy in the same way is ridiculous, like expecting them to all wear the same bra size. It's impossible. It's not happening.
