Clean the house (It's not a house, it's an apartment but it feels like a little house because we don't have any upstairs neighbors and the only other unit we're attached to has two garages smack next to each other so we don't really hear the neighbors very often either, haha! And it has a yard. With a fruit tree. Which happens to be crabapple. And that seems very appropriate. Apple picking season is here!) Figure out why you don't own land. Pay off your student loans. Three is enough.
