Charitably buying candy

It was an opportunity to charitably buy candy for a classmate's granddaughter's sports team but not eat it (squandered). It was also an opportunity to explain why baseball was not a favorite sport (seized)!
"I liked basketball and soccer better. I think I didn't like the plates. They're like standing on little stages. They make me nervous."  Also (ooooh, I forgot) what about when the coach for the boys took all the gloves over to their side of the field, so that the girls were left to play without any, until a little pinky finger got broken and dislocated! Painful. And what if this had been the case?

Any kid who got their finger broken in P.E. would have wait for a ferry or get choppered into Harborview? (Probably not the latter.) But, wait...

Good good good good good good good...
