I had the opportunity to order cajun crawfish recently. I was flummoxed when my dish came out. "Your plate has eyes." It definitely reminded me that this was something that had been living a short time before. I was grateful that the waitress showed me how to eat them. Kind of like shrimp... Mostly ate the tails.
I have never seen a musician destroy a musical instrument. I read that
Sufjan Stevens smashed his banjo at the end of Seven Swans...hope it was gratifying.
