What if he can do better?

The Fraternity Brothers really like him better than other kinds of people, don't they?

What if, in his recent life, your brother, or father, or a bunch of the people they know, were trained to  cater to the very people who were really very insensitive in regards to the harms caused by racism and sexism and also others kinds of prejudices?

And maybe that really is not a sentence that describes the harms very well. But some people got trained to actually act as if x types of people and y types of people are not as fully human as other kinds of people, and that's really sad.

Some people have certainly abused their privileges or acted like they needed to belittle others as a part of a survival strategy for themselves, and they were not particularly good at taking other kinds of human beings into account when they did so, because they weren't taught to take those kinds of human beings into account.

What makes it worthwhile for them to change when they got rewarded so much for the other stuff already?
