1) How are the people that wanna go to Mars going to do this: run a decent medical clinic, including counseling services and good prenatal and post partum care?
2) Even if zero women go there (gotta stay at home on Earth to take care of babies! Even though WWIII is gonna happen on Earth! ) there will probably be a need for some kind of mental wellness check for whoever ends up going up there.
3) Also, this really is not a good way to relax a person.
