X: (About to take a shower, but stupid shower door has come off hinges. After struggling with it for about 2 minutes, X leaves and seeks help from Y.)
X: Hey, Y, do you know how to fix the shower door?
Y: Yes.
X: Can you come do it for me?
Y: Ok.
X: Wtf are you watching?
Y: The rape scene in Dragon Tattoo. It was just on. I didn't fast forward it to that part or anything.
X: Alright... (Thinking to self...so I guess she's supposed to kick ass after that anyway...)
X & Y journey to the bathroom, where Y proceeds to fix the damn door in less than 2 seconds.
X: Thanks...
X: (Gets in shower)
X: (Thinking to self) Sometimes I kind of miss the days when rape scenes seemed confined to watching clips from The Accused during a screening of DreamWorlds in a college auditorium full of crying freshman girls. Oh well.
