Am I supposed to cultivate a good feeling from childhood? Remember the good feelings.

Like good feelings I used to get from Christmas holidays. I know those were good feelings.

Some of the people who were around me and who were loved by me and perhaps loved me during those Christmas holidays are people who got duped into going along with others in voting for the fascist president who has created horrendous things in this country.

I don't know.

This is a challenging time to be a sensitive person.

The closer you get to going outside, the more lively things start to feel. But sometimes when you're not feeling well, it's hard to get motivated to go outside.

Oh, nature is my friend!

I went outside and stood on the grassy ground with my bare feet and felt like the tree and I were on good friendly terms and then I did some of the the Donna Eden Energy Medicine routine and it felt pretty good.

I feel like I have to nap a lot.

I request assistance from the universe now.
