The very unwell patriarchy just wants everyone to either act like a selfish patriarch, or an honorary selfish patriarch (almost as entitled to dehumanize others as the most uncaring patriarchal person within the vicinity), or else be a loyal supporter of a selfish patriarch / the unwell patriarchy.
