My friend said one of several guys that got evicted from her apartment complex came back and started screaming "Call the cops! Arrest me! I have no money! I have no food! I'm cold!" Late at night. And she showed me pictures of their cats that wander around now and get some food. And she tried to call some places to foster them, and got lots of likes and hearts on Facebook, but no takers.
Someone outside or nearby is blasting Lauren Daigle's "You Say."
