that a man (Stop Pretending Your Dad Isn't Filthy Rich) is paying my rent. But it is also true that even back in high school, he was way nicer than most people. Also, I was doing a lot of work in the home with a dependent while my mom was doing the out of the home single mother type of work stuff.
"Dependent" is military lingo.
