Unbelievable. Did not even feel this bad yesterday. Woke up with sore throat and aches and chills but no high fever OK that's probably a viral thing I guess and made tea and took ibuprofen and some essences and want to go back to sleep and wake up feeling much much much better. Also why not use a castor oil pack... Hmmm... hmmmm... hmmmmmmmmm... Go back to sleep again...
