In a dream I had no physical ailments and irl I woke and had them again. So this morning I am telling the Universe that I am happy to allow healing energies to assist me. I have eaten much healthier this weekend and I wasn't even trying, and I have taken some essences and even though it's not a magic cure I still can appreciate my efforts and I feel good about them.
