As we passed by a ball field and I watched some male grown-ups playing with the boys
I wondered...Are you teaching little Jimmy not to beat his wife when he grows up during this innocent game of catch? Admittedly ball fields do not always give me fuzzy feelings. I remember my dad took me to one when I was little and seemed full of men and their sons who wanted me gone because I was the only girl. Very mean and ugly. We didn't stay for long, thank goodness.
