pilates mysteriousness

so. there must be an answer to the question of what to do when you keep feeling like you're straining your lower back because your "powerhouse" is um....not so powerful yet
recently dreamed that an aquaintance was asking me about back pain on one side

does it hurt here?
(moves hand)

but back pain was not too terrible in the morning
the beginning of the day is dedicated to researching this topic

How about some lateral flexion? I think I like these...very practical, straight forward...nothing too cheesy...no overly weird outfits...
