Perhaps the universe is just as amused by the twists and turns of its creations as a human being can be while riding a roller coaster, or driving up winding roads.
I am thinking once again of the interior of the door of the car, and how many components need to work together in order for anything to function well.
In recent days, some very daunting spells of nervous exhaustion came over me. What else could I do, but try to survive them and get better at learning more about my own nervous system?
When I had those spells of nervous exhaustion, it really did feel as if an ancestor of mine who was the mother of more more than ten children (perhaps thirteen or so) was resurfacing. She was the one who got put in an insane asylum twice - once after her husband died unexpectedly from blood poisoning, and again after they let her out and thought she might be okay. Then they decided that she wasn't, so they sent her back to the asylum, and there she remained.
My life is so different compared to hers. So why did I feel a kinship with her? Epigenetics, maybe. Stressors from this lifetime accumulating, perhaps. For whatever reason, it momentarily felt as though her experience was very close to me.
This evening, it feels like much of a transition has been completed. How alone I felt when those panic attacks occured. But I almost can't remember them now.
Thinking of how there are so many things that people have wanted to ignore or not look at in the past, but these are exactly the kinds of things which can become the learning opportunities which will benefit humanity and future generations...and (in my opinion) future lives for the present generations, too.
When you have the right frame of mind, these trials and hurdles can still be really interesting experiences to learn from.
The balanced human nervous system can absolutely be wonderful helper. Sometimes, those who lost touch with how well it can operate in a balanced state can deeply appreciate getting it back to a state of balance.
She was a nervous creature, and now she's feeling much better.
My cat has moved. She stayed inside of a carrier with a blanket over it several hours. She mewed incessantly in the early morning, waking up the humans. Then she mostly hid inside of cabinet for about one day. Now she is out and about, exploring, and napping on comfortable surfaces.
It so good to appreciate that it came back.
Cozy & Calm is such a pleasant state of well-being to enjoy.
Today I saw a little bit of what goes on beneath the surface of a car door.
Someone was driving around with the outer shell of the car door removed (well actually, it was probably crumpled & crunched off due to a recent accident.) Everyone sees the shiny exteriors of doors, but what goes on beneath the surface? Is it intriguing? I thought it was. Maybe it was an accident in the past, but now it's got the potential to be one of those fascinating learning experiences!
It can be that way with humans, too.

They can be very challenging and sometimes their greed or short-sightedness is harmful and the damage they don't know they are doing to themselves and each other can be very upsetting. People deserve healing. It can be rough. It can be smooth. A lot of different behaviors have similar root causes. I am learning more about our world everyday and getting better at allowing these lessons to heal me, too. Thank you for every little piece of healing that can be processed. Namaste.

I am starting to get better at understanding what I can learn from the experiences I have had, part of which is that different behaviors have almost the same root causes, and it's been a very hard time for me to be in this body recently, but I do thank the healing aspects of this Universe for helping me get even a little bit better at understanding more of what I can know, and I realize that I still have a ways to go, but I am thanking the Universe for every piece of progress.

Unexpected humor happens anyways.
A friend told me about another woman being very mad at her father's ex-wife (not my friend's father, but the ex-wife of the woman's father) and my goodness, those southerners can get creative, and remembering her fit was quite entertaining, and how did the laughter bubble up for us, in spite of ourselves.

Whether or not it's me or others who are still doing the things that fit into the Unwell Patriarchal Norms...
I can tell that I think that when some women treat other women way worse than necessary just to get by on patterns inherited from the old dying Patriarchal Ways, it's pretty sad.
They're not so fun, but they are on a journey.
Certain Patriarchal Ones who were trained to belittle themselves and others entice followers who go along with their really unwell behavior patterns in exchange for money, big houses, big boats, better health insurance, status, acceptance, etcetra...

Well, today it was suggested to me that there once was a man who sat next to me on two planes because I had done something good for him, and he was looking for an opportunity to repay me.
The person who suggested this to me was a single mom, and she told me that she was reminded of a time when she had done something good for a company, and subsequently was treated to an expensive meal. She didn't realize this was her opportunity to ask for a raise. She just enjoyed being appreciated and her meal. She realized what she was "supposed to do" only after someone else did something similar, and he got rewarded with money.
Now I get to wind down.

We didn't get to see it, but a good little house was listed for less than other good little houses a little ways away from here, and the application seemed to indicate it was for people who made less than 50k a year, and they were very nice when they called back and let us know it went to another applicant, and I believe it could be that they wanted to do the right thing, and I know another person who wants to build a home on her property and rent it for less, too, because she thinks the prices are getting astronomical and she feels comfortable, and she doesn't need to get "too rich."

What kinds of irresponsible, discriminatory, unhealthy behavioral patterns are they comfortable with inflicting on other kinds of people, and why?

Some moms seemed to feel they needed act like a girl would have been more valuable to society
as a Nazi Mother, but other moms seemed to feel differently about that topic.
And then the Nazi moms reincarnated into the nicer moms.

Some of the Egotistical Ones who are too invested in going along with the inherited patterns
may find it difficult to consider the experiences of other kinds of human beings on the planet at the moment, but what about in the next life?

"Being a mom" was another expression of genetics, social status, self-care, love, nurturing, and many other things for some people.
But it was not necessarily very inclusive of many other kinds of experiences that are still happening on this planet.
