"Study: Trump Tuned in to America’s Collective Narcissism"
While the stuff that was on display in the temporarily empty candy shop yesterday (the owner had left a note that they would be back soon) might be a sign of collective narcissism, it could also be a sign of desperation to identify with a powerful patriarchical figure who's going to "save us." There was also a whiteboard with lots of references from the Bible and God Bless Trump written at the top of it. This part about a dad fighting the school board was funny:
The shop was not quiet either because there was a radio program with a man's voice playing in the background. I didn't feel like staying, so I didn't.
