Older men who were taught to go along with patriarchal white supremacy and who are treated best by patriarchal white supremacy will fill your minds with poisonous ideas and tell you that you're supposed to live that way, but it's not going to work out as well for you. It's not going to work out as well for your children. It's definitely not working out as well for other people and their children!
