Sometimes reading is great, and sometimes it is not what you should be doing.

Sometimes, actually, you need to just be quiet and check in with your body and pay attention. And maybe if you're reading, that's just distracting you when you need to figure out what's going on with your own body, and you need to help yourself and you don't need a bunch of words in your head to do it.
