Where did some people learn to go along with this weird bullying stuff?

This little video about "community bullying" came up and I was like, hmmm. Why be like that when there are so many other ways to be?

Apparently, this video was made because of the perception that some adults who are mothers bullied a 13-year-old girl until she took her own life.

Also, unfortunately, it just reminds me of how easily some people end up getting pushed into going along with various kinds of bullying behaviors just to "fit in" with their friends or their relatives or their workplace situations or so they can go along with whatever gets them access to resources they feel they need access to. 

They don't want to think too deeply. They just feel the need to go along with whatever behavior got role modeled for them by others in order to get what they need.
