Why would your wife treat you so much worse if you were reborn into a different body right now? Did she attend one of those churches that train girls to act like anyone who's not a white guy with money is not worth acknowledging? That would be kind of sad for you, then, to be reborn into a different body, in a sexist, racist, white supremacist patriarchal society. On the other hand, what if there were an opportunity for you to grow and expand your consciousness? Does it ever seem like going along with racism and sexism is actually pretty bad for lots of men's and women's children? There's still so much you could do with the rest of this lifetime. Maybe if there are forces in society that want to reward you for being shallow, you should think about challenging them more.
