Institutions don't know what to do about certain people who are just insensitive about certain topics, such as violence against women and suicide.
Doing nothing is almost like condoning that behavior, or being complicit.
And so, unnecessarily, more misery is furthered, thanks to those institutions and the insecurity-fueled, insensitive people they support.
What a shame that is for those people.
Much, much, much better things could have been done with their time.
