That's why a body is needing so much healing. OH. It feels like I knew I was feeling better and then...now I KNOW SO MUCH...I could no longer ignore how much more healing I really needed. Please help people to be able to to TRULY HEAL. This is a very sobering experience. I will never forget that I must put healing first. It is simply where I am at with my situation right now.

Still haven't gone swimming all summer, can't seem to drive myself anywhere beyond a 10 mile radius, and possibly having the low key nervous breakdown at home of my dreams. I am also so lucky the neighbors upstairs seem to have a conscience about that time they got their door knocked on at 2 am and later a note on their door after they left something dripping on the patio all day (and also someone poured - I hope? something from balcony into a pan that had been temporarily left out that morning but that was not even mentioned) and nevertheless they were so much better about being quiet up there after that! Thanks, Universe!
Things can get better now.
My body has told me today that healing stress is no small thing, and we want to spend the rest of the day in a healing state. Most likely inside. Restfulness is 100% needed. Wow. I honestly do not wish this kind of stuff on anyone. Help me learn all the best ways to be and to heal. Thank you.

Dear Some People with Potential in Our Great Cultural Landscape,
I think that you should be aware that sometimes one, and sometimes more than one of you, give off those creepy men at truck stop vibes, too. But certain women were trained to indulge you more because you have money. Or a certain position in society. Or whatever.
Lalala capitalism.
They were trained to treat you as if you are more important than the ones who actually provide them with life's great necessities. Oh my god! You're really not. You know????
What if maybe you just stop oversexualizing stuff? Just because a hint of sexuality came out sometimes. O no! Controlling and colonizing coping mechanisms kick in? Just great at squelching creativity because you developed a habit of dealing with your own anxiety by being too controlling! It really is very unfun and overly patriarchal for some of us when you act that way.
Like, maybe go heal yourself in a bath, and ask God to help you with your addictions. Or something.
You weren't born that way. Probably other people in pain taught you to do that stuff. It's an old coping mechanism and it's very tired. Really. It is.
Anyway, this body has made me pay attention to something (actually many things) that makes me think we deserve better for a whole lot of reasons.

Addictions can make one feel sad
Some people have trained themselves to be more okay with sexism as a way of going along with the culture, and to disregard the safety of others. As long as it's certain people who do that thing, or behave in certain ways, it's apparently okay with them. And they are more sympathetic to certain people for certain reasons...But it's still not healthy. Because if gaslighting others is a form of being supportive of the conditions they need, in order to be in the "we are this kind of people" category, making themselves in a cohort with enablers of oppression (and in some cases, rape culture) is just a kind of short-term survival strategy.
But it is not sustainable.

Although this morning I am feeling things about needing some more assistance soon with seeing a dentist about a tooth, and gee, there are still a lot of other healthcare-related things for this body to attend to, I did survive some traumatizing experiences, and may the Universe help me learn more...

Nature encourages those curiosity moments
Well, trees, what about the dream of some people on Earth communicating better and working on a projects about recycling leaves (composting)...
And where might be good places to visit those distant mountains in the near future...since now seems to be more about healing the body and staying geographically in one place...
There was that time when a young well-dressed woman was walking next to a park by herself on a Saturday evening...instead of being elsewhere...of course, maybe she was just passing by on the way to going elsewhere...what is elsewhere...
If the microwave and kitchen fan in this place electrically fizzled out when energy in this body was getting depleted, and they're finally replacing those elements today, will that be, like, a good sign...
