I hope there's some better people who are long-term employees in ICE who will write books about what this was like someday. Like they used to work for ICE back when it was a better type of organization and what they saw when the bad stuff took over. Maybe how they quit because of it. I know how people have a harder time once they start getting mortgages and stuff.
