Even women who experience violence themselves will abandon women and girls.

I think it's because they didn't ever really truly heal from their violence. They didn't really get the tools to heal from their violence and then they had to survive and keep on working their goddamn jobs and getting their goddamn paychecks and acquiring their goddamn f****** houses like houses are more important than human beings and human health and everything else, apparently.
