Its just ... I sometimes feel like when people are getting ready to speak out about injustices that have been going on for a long time, it can seem disruptive but it's also a great opportunity for healing, and to see that there are talented people who could be participating in that process too feeling that they would rather not, or have no need to participate...I just feel like it's a bit of a cop-out? And also, they're missing out on something very rewarding, actually. But maybe in the future, they will change their minds.
