"In Wisconsin, Will Hsu, owner of Wausau-based Hsu Ginseng Farms, said it will be training guest workers arriving soon. He said he is thinking about placing three workers instead of four in each of their two-bedroom apartments.
'It’s very important for us to keep them healthy,' he said.
But in the fields, he said, some tasks on the farm require groups of three, four or five to work closely together."
