Releasing ghost of somber 19th century man? Dealing with present day realities. Yesterday's prescription vs. today's vs. tomorrow's. Some things are gonna have to wait for a good healthy while. Keeping track of herbal supplements. Getting the heating pad and tea remedy now. That's fine. I love hot water too...
