For some reason the billionaires don't seem as interested in these gross but necessary details.
Maybe they are more interested in getting their status boosted as cult leaders, and those details are more of a distraction to the image they want to promote. They have vast networks of people who are invested in their status as well, like movie stars with teams of people surrounding them.
