Instead of giving me more phone #s and application #s and dead ends, why can't you invite me to come in and just apply in person? I can bring books and wait for half a day if you have a bathroom.
And OH! I can also bring my new phone! Loyalty plan = I don't have to pay extra for fancy phone I can watch videos on and such. I was only minutely disappointed to learn that I cannot use Leafsnap on it.
It only took me 10 minutes to fix a problem with my cell phone company this morning.
