Adherence to rigid cult dynamics: strictly necessary or absolutely optional?
Should you ever join a cult or a church or a group just so you can be informed about what an undeserving person you are, who is so obviously not acceptable to others, and therefore, it's no wonder they acted like you were less valuable than all their favorite materialistic possessions, or other very outwardly successful people, etcetera?
Did you ever know that some other people might actually encourage you to accept yourself, and realize that there is no guarantee that certain other people would have chosen to treat you any better if they did not actually want to do so?
Maybe the ones who have chosen to repeat certain behavior patterns that were instilled in them at a young age could have some other, more interesting insights to share soon?
I kind of want to migrate backwards to a simpler time sometimes...

Wasn't he lucky compared to Anne Frank, who was a real person, and so was Barbro Karlen...

Do some feel that discrimination has been emboldened recently for any reasons?
“'We come before you tonight not just as parents but as advocates for justice — not just for our children, but for every children (sic) that walks through the doors of Redlands Unified School District,' said Daphne Hawkins, whose son attends Mariposa Elementary. 'Since moving to Redlands, our son has endured three deeply disturbing racist incidents in the last 90 days.'
Hawkins said one student handed her son a note that read, 'Your skin is as black as your future.' Another student allegedly told him, 'You should be in a comedy show because you look like a black African monkey.' And a class assignment featured a racist character from a Dutch folktale named Black Pete, which Hawkins described as a 'deeply offensive figure that has been condemned worldwide.'
'Our children deserve better, and, let’s be clear, these are not just words, these are attacks on our children’s dignity and their identity,' she said.
Hawkins — founder and president of The LOVE Program, a San Bernardino nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk girls and young women of color — also criticized board members for saying they would put the district’s 2020 resolution to eradicate racism on the meeting agenda for renewed discussion, but then failed to do so.'

Some people act like they believe we deserve better. I think it's time for more people to know they do not need to be in an unwell discriminatory cult anymore.

An experience on Earth.
Learning how to heal after your body knew and you knew some stuff that other people claimed was okay was just not okay at all.
Your body deserves healing and peace.
I express gratitude for access to any layer of healing and peace.
Thank you, great universe of healing possibilities.
People already showed you how afraid they were, and in that state they got more mean, and certain experiences affected how you feel, and now you're going to learn how to help yourself heal and integrate and recover.
Prayers for more healing and peace.
My back is getting better (not completely, but it's starting to improve) and other parts of my body need healing and this includes my nervous system now.

Just give up. Maybe it's for the best.
I give up. I have health issues. I clearly need to get better. I hope a higher power can help me. I still believe a lot good things can happen. Bless this life. Maybe humans will figure out ways to make the planet better. It could happen.
Today's normal is tomorrow's weird.
I've had a strange life. It was interesting sometimes. I don't think it was so easy though. I met some odd people who are doing a bunch of weird stuff now. That definitely didn't make life any easier.
I guess I'll just have to figure out how to practice. radical self-acceptance?
Drinking water and breathing exercises maybe will help.
Really sad and also my poor back hurts. The cat is lucky. She's doing very well. I'm going to go find some healing music. That's good. That's what I'll do.
Cat sheep love. And two women of the past, bickering.
Adorable!
