I have to take care of this somehow.

I've been upset. People were callous. They were not sensitive. They did not see what was happening. They did not want to know.  They preferred to be in denial. They did not want to acknowledge the harm. They preferred to turn their backs. They preferred to abandon and to pretend it was okay.
