"I GET IT!"

Honestly, there's this part of me that thinks the successful lifestyle people who've never dealt with any significant problems until perimenopause came along may need to watch themselves extra carefully. So far I think PCOS combined with some other stuff has been worse than perimenopause.
Especially when the whole "You're worthless. Unless you give birth!" Kinda energy is ramping up.
But I do appreciate how the two of them together (PCOS and Perimenopause) have made certain things a little bit extra challenging. Like, I didn't realize how good my metabolism actually was when I was younger, even when it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.
I'm going to see if I can try think about gardens and not about bad pedophiles who were good at land-owning and gardening and fitting in with sexist people and being worshipped by sexist people. Some of them are probably the same kinds of people who voted for the very ill predator who's currently running things.
