And I have to make my body feel better, cuz there's this weird pull on one side of me and that means I have to take care of my body. Isn't the body useful? It can be like your best friend, even when it's causing you to feel stressed out. Maybe it's just reminding you that it's time to tune them out, and get back in touch with yourself, and get a little bit more healed, and then you can come back online later.
