Should have taken a picture...

Tzatziki, cucumbers, parsley, roasted peppers (red, orange and green!) potato wedges, onions, and sauteed mushrooms with parsley and oregano, and burgers cooked two ways (with & without red wine, but with my version of "merguez" - rosy harissa seasoning and a little fennel) plus a sprinkling of pink himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper...
