I really have to get better at healing. It's really obvious.
It's okay if some people have been able to get through life with rough and jostling ways of communicating and joking. And I had a fair amount of exposure to people who can get through life that way. But it's just not going to work out to go along with that too much for someone living with my genetics in this lifetime. I'm just going to have to try to get better at the gentler ways of things to help heal my body. I understand how people can get by with the other ways, but it doesn't work with my body, the one that I'm living in. It just doesn't work. To find better ways for this experience, in this body is just very obviously what I need right now.
Human need special care sometimes.
People can have rough, jostling styles of communication and joking, and sometimes it works in some aspects, but then sometimes you have to not do that anymore, and you need to find new ways of getting through life. Because the need to focus on healing becomes so huge.
The need for healing can make you hopeful for healing.
I want to tell the universe I'm open to healing, and get better at accepting the healing. There's layers. There's formative experiences. There's lots of different things, more than can be talked about at this time. There's the need to deal with life in the present. The need to actually physically heal and emotionally heal is great.

Inside again. Once again, taking care of this particular body, with these particular types of sensitivities, feels like a big long lesson and a job, plus chronicling that process is a job.
For some reason, various things in the universe told me that sharing imperfections was the okay way to go. Like, as a long-term strategy, it works well enough. I mean in the short term, maybe not, but there are people who wrote and never saw things happen for them in their lifetimes, but in the long term, their writing still helped others.
There are people who wrote diaries who never saw any royalties in their lifetime, but they gave a life work to the planet.
That is something that I think about, sometimes.
This is a good time of the evening to be outside for a bit...
Getting grounded and feeling like, from the perspective of many aspects of the universe, becoming one and with nature, in multiple kinds of ways, can really feel like it's a great honor for a soul who has decided to participate in an Earth life experience.
Time! There's still time to do more.
When I feel sad that it seems people do not see some of the processes I underwent or the tears I cried, it's good to be nice to that little portion of the self, like one would be nice to a little child, and also, it's good to think, ah, but maybe there will be time to share that later.
It's always true that folks can get better at listening. Even when we're good at listening. Maybe we can get better.
Not listening feels a lot like discrimination to some people. Get better at listening, and then it won't feel like discrimination is happening so much.

Addictions are learned behavior patterns. It is not healthy to continue the behavior pattern of discarding or ditching certain kinds of knowledge or certain kinds of people in order to obtain some secondary gains.
I know that I personally don't think that the learned habit of ditching certain kinds girls and women in order to prop up others in their delusions is a very healthy habit to continue.
I couldn't think of the phrase though, but then what made it break through in my mind was the idea of how people treat certain kinds of immigrants in this country.
We shouldn't continue to treat certain kinds of immigrants in this country so poorly in order to obtain some secondary gains.
It's not going to look well in the future at all. It doesn't look very well now, either. It's time for some good changes to happen now.
It's time for things to get better.
This has been an interesting time for several different types of reasons.
This has been an interesting time to learn that people have their own ways of coping with really important life changes.
They can have pretty strict definitions of what kinds of behaviors they want to see unfolding.

Sometimes...only sometimes...
I get information, and it almost seems as though I can be on the verge of knowing a little too much, just because I still know too little about how to deal with some of it, and so now I need to learn more about the art of taking care of one's health.
Maybe there's reasons why only some of it's available to me, but now I feel that I want to or even just have to learn more about how to process what I can learn or know about some things.
Maybe some people are experiencing parallel awakenings in different ways. Different lives unfold, but there are some similarities.
Who knows. Figure it out eventually.
We are on Earth experiencing challenges, but we can learn how to give ourselves more kindness, too.
I am one of those who likes to help, but I still have to learn more about how to help myself. Tonight I will use turmeric and flower essences because of pain after dental work. Earlier I used a castor oil pack on another kind of physical pain in the lower abdomen. I looked up the tooth that got worked on in my Donna Eden Energy book. It corresponds to "Triple Warmer" energy. So much to learn about how to heal when you have a certain orientation and inheritance to deal with! But it's a good thing to learn more about.

Oh well, maybe another time...
Fluffy clouds will come out another day.
I was going to make a dessert look like clouds and then take lots of pictures of clouds in a blue sky.
But the weather did not cooperate and then I started to get aware of some things I need to process and I decided no. I won't chew on myself anymore and make my teeth hurt. I will go home and process my stuff.
But that is just a picture of what was consumed, and it did taste pretty good. Did it fix anything? Absolutely not, but it was a good-tasting bowl of frozen sweetness.

I think it was a dream about some people having colonized minds.
I had a dream that there was a message on a fence that I could read, and it was difficult to read it because the person who wrote it was using a code and writing some letters backwards and leaving out pieces of how words are normally spelled, but I figured it out and could read it, while other people laughed about it and acted like they weren't going to do that. They were just going to look at it and give up. It's kind of upsetting when people choose to be small-minded and insular just to protect themselves from too much "different" information coming at them. It can be disappointing when people act like only a certain culture can be the culture that they identify with, and other types of cultures are outside of what they will choose to try to understand. I don't think they were born that way. I think that they chose to adapt to the society around them to fit in, and that's why I think maybe the dream was about the way I see the effects of colonization affecting some human beings. "Colonization makes you exclude dyslexic people" could be one almost silly interpretation of that type of dream?
