Because the Kaiser Plan sponsored by the employer is affordable enough according to their calculations, but since all their mental health services require you to meet a high deductible first, you're not really covered there, either.

What a good, deep lesson about how much the differences in human bodies can really affect us and our experiences.
It hasn't been easy.
I am grateful for all opportunities to be able to get better at healing what definitely has needed to be healed.

Me and some loved ones were visiting hot springs, just to look at and maybe dip our feet into them. I am not sure how else to describe it, but people were treating one another well. That was good.

Part of the reason I am not feeling well again is because the residual trauma feels worse when I perceive that some people can be so shockingly lacking in sensitivity or empathy.
