Successful artists who have made great work That's reached a wider audience sometimes get seduced into complacency when it comes to their own personal development. Because the stuff they've put out is so good and they will always have fans, people who love them for their art, they might become overly reliant on basking in that flattering feedback. Instead of developing themselves further as human beings, they can go back to their fans who love them for the art they've already created.
Developing yourself as a human being is not supposed to be something you're ashamed of or an insult to your character. That's what humans come here to do; they come to Earth to develop themselves. And why should making great art now prevent them from making more great art in the future, which will have to be made after they have developed themselves more as human beings? Why are they so seduced by the compliments and the flattery?
What if artists in the future are really different and they also make a huge point of developing themselves as human beings, and not being as seduced by the compliments in the flattery?
