Another reason I'm glad about feminism becoming more prevalent is because it's raising the bar for humanity.

Some people were seemingly just raised to think about whether other people are servicing their needs and not much else. They weren't really raised to be especially curious about people who are different from them. But when more people are curious and show it, it becomes normalized. And now it becomes more normal to think about certain things that used to be so outside of the norm of what the patriarchy wanted you to think about.
