Non-sentimental and self - curious in this aspect of life that has already become a part of the past:
I didn't plan it this way but for some reason this is what I was listening to when I visited the grave of Corrie Ten Boom:

Got some yellow flowers from a seller by the road who didn't speak English; practiced a little bit of Spanish.
"Appointment in Samarrah" ~ Anand Wilder
Was helpful last year when I felt kind of estranged from some people, but I still actually talked to these people. But anyways I was disappointed when I felt more traumatized by ICE raids and other people didn't seem to be noticing. But then somebody who attended church more told me Corrie Ten Boom's Forgiveness of the Nazi guard at her concentration camp story, and it helped me shift. I didn't feel quite so horribly estranged anymore.
