I mostly like where I live, but one thing I don't want to repeat is living in a place with an unsanded bathtub where the landlord says they're going to bring someone in to sand it and they don't, which makes it so that it's only more comfortable to take showers in it because it's all rough against your skin in certain parts. Although you can cover those parts up with a shower curtain and it's just a partially unsanded bathtub. So it's not entirely out of the question that I could take a magnesium salts bath, but I don't really feel like I want to because of the fact that the bathtub is unsanded in parts...
