The survey has the boxes they want checked.
They aren't the boxes that could exist on future surveys.
Those boxes aren't there yet.
"You didn't have our exact experiences and especially you don't have kids like us and helping your single mom raise a kid doesn't count in our world" is actually not the highest level of inclusivity or creativity.
