Sometimes there's a higher source that really wants those who have felt or experienced some kind of trauma to re-learn how to become softer...maybe closer to how it was in younger years in this lifetime...
What a universe
I am more grateful for the easing of pain that I felt in the past hour than I can find words to express at the moment.
I know I have many more moments where I could be negotiating challenges.
Here I am, becoming one of those who feels the need to rely on something bigger than who I am in this body to see me through another thing.

I chewed on ginger and began the castor oil pack and sent a wonderful person to make more ginger tea for me and I feel better.
I hope angels see how we deserve a better life
At 3 am, I am so tired of the chronic pain.
I might take ibuprofen, but I was trying to wait.
I am just lying here, and I want to do the castor oil pack and ginger thing.
We deserve a better life, my body and I.
We deserve the best, most wonderful healing energy we can possibly have.
We deserve a better life.

I promise to acknowledge I need to put health first
Negotiating pain and heating pad and ginger and ibuprofen has taught me that I need to do that and I need to get a lot better at doing that.
There is joy and beauty and good things can happen.
Pain relief is one of those excellent things and I welcome it very soon as well as good restorative healing sleep.
Very Important.
Healthy people can be wonderful just by giving their example to the world....
Loving nature and being open to positive change is very healthy too.
