When is it better to rest your body and when is it better to dance....I can feel I have seen and experienced a lot for my level of perceiving. I believe my body is asking me to be more careful, so I must listen. If I look at my life in the right way, I can feel it's a real privilege and a joy to be here, on the earth right now. Really, even though I must have a quiet Saturday night, I do know people love to have many kinds of fun experiences sometimes. I am not unaware...but I still have to be wiser...and at the moment that means choosing to be quiet and slower...I am trying to heal some things, and it's important.

Yes...and we can have deep respect for people who have passed because they have gone through such a transition...and we can believe the universe has a lot of good healing properties and gifts in store...
Now I have heating pad and pain stuff and I took vitamins but part of me wonders what if some of these health issues tell me to protect myself by staying away from stressor to tend to my issues? To get more focused on good healing cause? Because why did I eat that trigger food at the worse time of the month again? What can I do to help the twinges on the left. What if I add in turkey tail mushroom...maybe I must apologize to my body and ask for forgiveness and more wisdom in the future...and love like like peaceful love that comes as a gift from higher healing places...
I hope some souls make the effort to heal themselves so that a healthy interaction with others comes more easily and naturally. If so, good things can happen. If not, tonight it seems we probably should not hang out in this lifetime for a lot of reasons. But who can predict the future. Surprises can happen sometimes.

Seemed to be about being in the home of famous older woman who was a singer and there was a younger woman in there talking about how there are times for standing up for rights and I said that time is now. And it was. But instead of going out to protest, quietly doing so seemed to be a theme. Alterations were made to the bed so that the oppressive obstruction outside was not going to interfere with much needed rest, and the viewpoint of what was going on outside was being adjusted on the inside.
