I have had the really "empirical" experience that I feel crippled by trauma.
My body's stress response is here, now.
Just because the systems are so bad at respecting trauma survivors, girls, and women.
I haven't been able to work for money since May, and then for some reason money stuff interfered with getting much better treatment (EMDR) for healing the trauma.
Meditations and time have helped, but it's not fast enough.
I need to pray to God / Higher Power for help with healing.
I also just cannot believe how some people who really should know better get so easily manipulated by capitalism into treating certain kinds of people way better or way worse just based on money.
It's like a real life horror story.

Unexpected Encounter with a Very Fortunate Soul
He was having a lot of fun decorating his pediatrics clinic for Halloween. He told us he has a Model-T named Pancho Villa that he drives around on house calls.
Well, 50/50 is some progress
Oh, I had some really good, positive, gentle healing feelings or vibes around me this afternoon, I did, and that felt wonderful. And then I became distracted by some problems, and it was a less easy evening again.
So now I am going to try to heal bodily issues (my sensitive lower front teeth at the moment), and emotional or mental ones (an unfortunate compulsion to chew on clothes when frustrating circumstances occur...I was doing so well! Why the relapse? Oh well), and for the spiritual healing, I really must ask a higher power to help me with becoming a more healed person again. Can we maybe go more quickly with this now? My body might really appreciate that, too.
Even if there's a repetition of mistakes, and setbacks happen, couldn't we nevertheless also continue to get much better at healing?
Maybe I will need to ask for help from higher sources in the universe everyday for the rest of this life.
Dear Universe, help me to get better at choosing the most healing ways. Please, God. It seems clear to me that I am definitely one of those who can benefit from making more healing choices, and that doing so could help me to have a much better outlook on life on this planet.

Well, my brain briefly thought of a great anecdote that would illustrate some of MY middle class reality, but now my body is otherwise occupied with pursuing a much more rewarding activity.

work on restoring your own health on a much deeper level, and who knows, that might in the long run help lots of other people more. Just by doing that? Yeah. Just by doing that.

You probably know are not worth more as a human being to God just because you are being all the time encouraged to repeat certain patterns when you have inherited more money and seem to come from people who regularly act like they are almost allergic to caring about anyone who is not of a certain background or socio-economic status?

Some of your dads especially seem to surround themselves with both men and women who truly act like the absolute last kinds of humans whose experiences they will ever care about on this planet are ....
Survival or something else?
Some of you have people around you who will flat out say that they will be mediocre on purpose in order to fit in. It is alarming because it looks and feels like the supposedly safe mediocrity is more harmful to people they no longer want to think about. That's simply not sustainable. It's not even very kind for them, either. They just adapted and changed themselves because they were around certain kinds of people who also trained themselves not to care.
This is oatmeal. But it's good for you.
You need to be more compassionate and caring in regards to people of different backgrounds and classes and statuses than a lot of what was role-modeled for you.
Kids...some mornings are hard in 2022.
It seems I am depressed that a lot of your mom's egos and dad's egos don't care about women's well-being enough.
Because it seems like they were brainwashed by the patriarchy into not caring about certain kinds of people.
I experienced the patriarchy's lack of caring in particular ways in recent years, and now the $ situation is getting worse...
I do thank God for my kind husband, so I am not homeless, but it feels like I still can't feel well enough to work, and so I need healing and help from the universe.
I had a dream about going to an area of natural beauty, and it sort of was about camping with mostly women and later some men and it was mostly a very pleasant dream.
It seems like I need some of you to know that life has not set up some women to act like they care more about their houses or handbags than they do about what's happening to other human beings.
I am already feeling a tiny bit less despair. This year has been very difficult...

I remembered there was a man who once said to his son "If it weren't for you and your mom, I'd have eaten the end of my gun a long time ago," and for some reason when I remembered that I just felt love for how he got honest with them. Also, I am happy he didn't eat it.
Be kinder & more honest?
A major reason that some people were a whole lot more disrespectful of women and girls in this lifetime than they needed to be was because the patriarchal systems rewarded them for that stuff.
They had low self-esteem drummed into them, and they routinely put themselves down and did whatever they could to fit into patriarchal systems and there's something about it that looks quite desperate, honestly.

I survived a lot of physical pain a few hours ago because my body was cramping up again...
It's much better now, but since it's still around, I will be making my way towards turmeric in almond milk, ginger tea, electrolyte water...my heating pad...and all the healing things...
It surely helped to be able to stroke a kind man's hand earlier....

Since I live in a post Roe v Wade America where there are still many people who clearly just do NOT have the inclination to care about the huge amount of damage that has been done by the S.C., or by the patriarchy's rampant mistreatment of a lot of single parents and their kids...well, I think a calm man is not as mad about it as I am, and also I think he probably has way lower expectations of certain patriarchal people's ingrained, comfy-to-them habits (including sexism and racism) changing anytime soon. To be honest, that might be the case.
But on the other hand, maybe he has better things to do with his time?

So, sorry for that dumb idea.
Still really prefer to stay far away from ones who so obviously treat the experiences of girls and women like they're of a lower value than the POVs of sexist rich PATRIARCHAL PEOPLE. I actually feel blessed tonight because
I have had energy tonight to clean away some old papers! They sat around for months! Months! Ah....

Tonight, if only for a moment, it really seems like this: Just because YOU could get along with the patriarchal patterns in certain ways in this lifetime, that does NOT mean that it will be the same for others, including (if you have them) your descendants.
Why did I just think about that? Well, for one thing, I live with a nice man who expressed his horror at two stories about gynecologists doing horrible things. "I thought it was two stories about the same person but they're two different people!"

If there are ghosts who believe it's possible to hang around folks who actually like to respect women and their lived experiences more than what was on average expected of them in the past when they were in a body on Earth, why not people?

Hello heavenly reminders
I believe that I am at least starting to get better at understanding that it's vital for me to make more truly healing changes. At this time, in this body, in these circumstances, it feels like I need to change certain patterns for the better. Sometimes I don't know why we (Earth people) have a hard time changing & going in a more healing direction, but I just know that my health wants & needs me to get much better at it. I know I need to change for all kinds of reasons and as much healing from the universe as I can accept with grace & gratitude will probably really help me. It's a big deal to change such a pattern. It's truly something that I need higher sources to help me do. But thank you for the opportunity. And the ones who are on Earth who have experienced how it feels to accept healing from higher sources and can teach me how to get better at accepting that help...Thank you for that help, too.

People can believe in good things. Blessings. God can feel good, like real love. Love can feel good. Healing can feel good. It can be so scary to know you and your body really need so much healing, but you can ask higher powers to help you find the ways to remember and know how to accept real healing and blessings.
This Sunday, I am thanking myself for loving myself enough to become better and I am asking wounded parts of myself which also show up as physical symptoms to please help me and can we please forgive ourselves for how long or how deep or how much it has been. Also ask higher power for assistance to help us find all the energies, people, spaces and sources and resouces who feel blessed to help us with our healing.
Wow it's feeling like a lot so I want to accept myself for needing time to process and also get back to learning how to be in touch with healing blessings. Thank You.
